Processing Performance and Feature

Professional used in processing arch window of PVC profile.
It is made of heating groove and worktable.
Different shaping belts and filling belts can process in different specification profiles.
It can process the semi-circle of which diameter is between 500 ～ 1800mm or the arch which the diameter less than 30000mm

Attention

Make sure of connecting ground wires according to the electrical diagram when installing.
To keep the working area clean and prevent sliding and freezing.
Suitable tightness force when put the filling belt into the hollow of the profile.
When putting the profile into the heating groove, make sure of falling the handle as slow as possible so as to avoid heating medium spilt out off the groove.
Shut off the Total power when finishing work and clean the table surface, then hood the dustproof plastic cloth.
