Processing Performance and Features

Used for corner combination of aluminum alloy profile.
Two corners connecting at one time is available with high efficiency production.
It is equipped with the preload device so as to avoid dislocation of the corner when combination and improved the
precision of the localization and working efficiency.
Inner/ outer located block can be adjustable vertically, also can be used for processing with multi-layers piled up
so that ensure the localization accuracy.
Hydraulic system through high and low voltage conversion to realize the second pressing function so that ensure
the higher intensity of corner combination.
The combination cutter can easily adjusting from front to back and left to right, is suitable for the demand of
processing different profiles.
High precision linear guiding pair ensured steady and long-term processing accuracy.
